Patrick Dizon was my technician! He came out on two occasions over the last 10 days to diagnose a problem with my daughters scooter and install new parts when they arrived. My daughter has had a scooter for several years and because of our extended warranty we have had many technicians.

Patrick by far was the absolute best! It literally felt like he was a relative and he was taking care of us. Patrick is unbelievably professional, knowledgeable, has amazing customer service, goes out of his way to go the extra mile and he did a fantastic job and a very thorough job! We feel very lucky to have had him as the technician!

Also during this whole COVID-19 scary time I was very impressed that Patrick wore gloves and a mask the entire time even when he was kneeling on the concrete in front of our home repairing the scooter all by himself in 95° heat, he still wore the protective gear. When he was finished he went to his vehicle and got disinfectant wipes and wiped my daughters scooter down very thoroughly.

The icing on the cake was after he left he sent me an email with instructions on how to get the best life out of my new batteries and let me know if I had any issues to give him a call, that he is always available! Any more problems that we have in the future with heDo yourself a favor if you ever need a repair on your medical device and go with this company! You won’t regret it!
